I'm Denis Miranda, a program and portfolio director. I started as a radio frequency engineer optimizing mobile networks and have since led digital transformations for city councils, banks, and telecom operators across Spain.
Ten years of portfolios have taught me one thing: ideas only count if you can show where they came from. That is why every post on this site has a case behind it, and every case a measurable result. Not because I am more honest than anyone else, but because it is the only way I know not to fool myself.
Since 2020 I have volunteered as a mentor for project leaders at the PMI Barcelona Chapter. I also fly drones (AESA licence), which in practice means I learned to read dense regulations for fun.
